The project re-designs the area among the Guanghua Bridge (North), the South Dagu Road and the East Hongze Road (South).
The Project is based on an structured program that includes, as its most important themes, water sport centers, shops and restaurants, indoor sports and residential houses.
The Project’s displacement provides a great social and economic development, in a rationally organized site, where water and nature together develop a central role in defining the new urban design.
The sport facilities guarantee a very high qualified urban reality. Its characteristics are: a huge sport “system” (outdoor and indoor), and the possibility of enjoying leisure activities and shopping at any time of the day.
